Nutrition Meditation

One of my favorite ways of showing gratitude for my food is to eliminate all distractions before eating and to remain fully present with every bite to the end. I love to breathe and savor every sensation that goes through my body as I eat vivacious raw food. Sometimes I like to contemplate what nutrients each of the foods in the meal contains and what parts of my body those foods/nutrients serve most directly. -
